Stop what you’re doing and focus on something for 5 minutes. It can be a candle flame, your breath, anything just don’t judge. Try to focus on the object or your breath and think about the facts. My breath is cool coming in and warm coming out. The flame is orange and flickering from the ceiling fan. After you may want to jot down some thoughts and feelings.
