Early Bird or Night Owl?
I get up between 4 am and 5 am everyday. I love to get up before the sun. That way I get to say good morning to the sun as it rises 
with a cup of coffee watching my dogs run around the yard and play. It is a beautiful way to start the day. Gloomy days do not have to mean you are gloomy. I still have to take my dogs out, I still stand in the rain with a cup of coffee and I look up at the sky and feel the rain on my face. I say good morning to the sky, to the rain and it is still going to be a beautiful day!
Whatever the weather greet it with a smile. Be grateful for it, be grateful you are here to enjoy it! Love it, play in it, go for a walk in it! Good Morning!! I am definitely an Early Bird! The human body is designed to sleep at night when it is dark and awake in the morning when it is light! Why would you want to be awake at night and sleep all day? You cannot see how beautiful the world is in the dark. It does not make any sense to me.

Journey Through Recovery 
I actually enjoyed the months following my last detox, last summer as I used to wake up a 3am (very annoying), but then walk to the beach and watch the sun come up. There was no one else there and the water would be perfectly still, not a sound except the seagulls. Magic! You don’t get those moments when you’re using that’s for sure and its times like that you realise just how much of life you’ve been missing. The dawn is a pure magic time.
